Professional Experience

  • At least 3 years experience conducting M&E for a project/program of similar size.
  • Demonstrated experience with the development of risk management framework to support the monitoring and evaluation system.
  • Experience Exposure to Development Partners Monitoring & Evaluation methodology/gies
  • Experience with setting up the framework to collection and analyze data related to the indicators within the Program’s Results Matrix.
  • Experience with the development/procurement and manage the maintenance of a database/system

Education and Training

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Development Studies or comparable discipline
  • Certificate or training in Program Monitoring and Evaluation / Project Management

Other Requirements

  • Basic computer skills (ex. spreadsheets, word processing, database management, PowerPoint presentations)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, both in Dutch and English
  • Self-starter that works well with minimal supervision; good organizational, analytical, problem solving, communication and negotiating (including conflict resolution) skills
